Privacy policy

Short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it anytime by emailing support@tierlens.com.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address and, if you use "Continue with Google", the name and profile picture Google shares. We use them to sign you in and to show you your account.
- Sign-in sessions: a secure cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, plus the IP address and browser type of each sign-in, so we can spot and stop account abuse.
- Your preorder and email settings: which plan you preordered, its status, and which emails you chose to get.
- Which link brought you here: if you arrive from one of our tagged links (like
tierlens.com/?ref=tt-ranked), your browser remembers that short tag for 30 days, and it's saved with your preorder if you make one. The tag only says which of our videos or ads the link was in. - Payment details, if you preorder or subscribe. These go straight to Stripe. We see only the card brand, last 4 digits and expiry date, never the full number.
- Your email address, if you sign up for the free weekly email without an account.
- Basic technical logs (like IP address and browser type) that our host keeps to run the site and stop abuse. We also use them briefly to limit how often sign-in links can be requested.
Visitor stats: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't follow you to other sites.
We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Services we use
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores accounts, and counts visits (Web Analytics).
- Resend sends sign-in links and account emails.
- Google handles "Continue with Google", if you choose it.
- Kit sends the newsletters you opt into.
- Stripe handles payments and saved cards.
Each of them handles your data under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
- Turn newsletters on or off in your account, or with the one-click unsubscribe link in every newsletter.
- Cancel a preorder from your account; that deletes your saved card at Stripe.
- Email support@tierlens.com to see, correct or delete your account and everything we have about you.
Children
Tier Lens isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child under 13 gave us their email, contact us and we'll delete it.
